How to do Colink & CoLinkEx

CooCox Colink & CoLinkEx's hardware are all open , and it is quite easy to do them yourself . We have supplied all the information for you to DIY.

Colink Hardware information:

• Circuit Schematic Diagramc.pdf
• Components List.pdf
• Colink_Protel.PCB
• Colink_pads2007.pcb

1. If you could not open the Component List.PDF, you could directly see it through this link.

2. We also provide Colink's library which was exported by protel99se and the "asc" file generated by powerpcb5.0.

3. The factory has programed the corresponding configuration of Colink, you can use it directly. If you want to program the FTDI's EEPROM, you could use FT_PROG!
Also there is a FT_PROG Template file of CooCox Colink for reference.

CoLinkEx Hardware information:

Other useful information which you may need:

• Short-circuit JP1.
• Power on (Connect CoLinkEx to the PC).
• Wait for the PC enumerate the removable disk whose lable is "CRP2 ENABLD" or "CRP DISABLD". If it does not, you could press the reset button(BP1) for several times or power on again.
• Delete the firmware.bin file in "CRP2 ENABLD" or "CRP DISABLD" removable disk.
• Copy the downloaded firmware to this removable disk.
• Disconnect JP1, reuse after powering on.
